Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return or exchange.
Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of business days (timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First, check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
